The word Oolong means "black dragon" and bears an indication of the particular production method. This semi fermented Oolong specialty fascinates with its beautiful, open and very carefully processed leaf. The numerous silvery-white tips are of superior-grade, these unfermented leaf tips not only provide a delightful visual experience, but also give a very remarkable tenderness to the tea. The elegant, very harmonious and flowery aroma is the reason why so many tea experts call it "champagne among the teas".

Brew for 2-3 mins in boiled water cooled to 80 - 90deg C

Approx. 4 - 5 heaped teaspoons per litre
