About the tea
A very nicely worked black tea from organic cultivation. Located in the heart of Western Java and surrounded by dense forests, preconditions for tea cultivation are ideal at altitudes above 1,000mteres. All this formed the base to produce this very pretty black tea with a somewhat rougher, open leaf. The infusion is shiny and copper-coloured and spreads a pleasant, slightly malty scent. The taste is based on spicy flavours, enveloped by some hints of chocolate. It is not without reason that this OP Premium received awards at the Paris and Japan Tea Festival.
