Pai Mu Tan is best-known as a “China White Tea”

About the tea

Grown in the Chinese province of Fujian this magnificent white-tipped leaf is from ORGANIC cultivation and has a light but elegantly spicy note. After plucking, the tea is carefully dried in the sun or in controlled rooms and considerable care taken to protect the leaves from being crushed during processing.

The large ORGANIC leaves show many shades of green, are very voluminous with different structures and have a nice portion of longish, silvery-white leaf tips.
