DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes we ship Internationally most days.
Please note as the importer you will be responsible for all custom duties and taxes your country requires you to pay to clear the goods at customs. Brexit may result in European customers paying customs clearance fees
HOW MUCH TEA DO I NEED ?
Typically an average cup of loose leaf tea requires 3-5grams per cup
HOW MUCH COFFEE DO I NEED ?
Typically 10 grams of coffee makes one shot of espresso
HOW DO I STORE MY COFFEE ?
Coffee beans or ground coffee is best stored in an air tight container away from direct sunlight. Do not store in a fridge as the coffee absorbs other flavours from within the fridge. You can freeze coffee in an air tight container.
Whole Coffee Beans – Sealed in heat sealed gas valve bags it will stay fresh for circa 12 months
Ground Coffee – We suggest once ground and providing it is packed in a heat sealed gas valve bag, it will remian fresh if unopened for 3 – 6 months, then if stored immediately in a freezer it can extend freshness to circa 6 -12 months.
HOW DO I STORE MY TEA ?
Loose leaf tea is generally very forgiving and as long as it is kept dry and out of direct sunlight, it will last for 2 years or more. There is also no benefit in purchasing numerous smaller bags of the same tea in the belief it will remain fresher than a larger sized bag.
WHAT DOES ORANGE PEKOE MEAN ?
This does not refer to an orange flavour or tasting tea, it merely means tea leaf.
WHERE IS MY DELIVERY ?
Your online order will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days of order placement, you will then receive an email informing your order is completed and is now being shipped.
UK deliveries are performed by Royal Mail and Parcelforce, they usually deliver mainland UK parcels in approx. 2 – 4 working days. Under COVID-19 and busy periods such as Christmas delivery is likely to increase.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ?
We do not accept any product returns for Tea or Coffee if you have a change of mind. All other returns please call or email us.
