About the coffee

A Mexican single estate coffee has been produced on a family run Finca for three generations.

Using water from the glaciers of the highest mountain in Mexico, a method called Mountain Water Process is used to naturally extract the caffeine. To produce a bolder flavour we roast this mountain water decaffeinated bean to a darker profile, resulting in a bright acidity and clean aftertaste.
